What is Amitraz ?

Amitraz is a kind of broad spectrum formamidine acaricide insecticide, which belongs to medium toxicity acaricide.
It is effective against all species of Tetranychidae, but has a poor effect on overwintering eggs. It has a variety of toxic mechanisms, mainly inhibiting the activity of monoamine oxidase and inducing synaptic excitation of non-cholinergic nerve system in the central nervous system of the mite. The mite resistant to other acaricides also had higher activity. The effect period can reach 40 ~ 50 days.

Function of Amitraz

Mainly used in fruit trees, vegetables, tea, cotton, soybean, sugar beet and other crops, to control a variety
of harmful mites, such as homoptera pests such as pear yellow psyllid, orange whitefly has a good effect,
but also can be effe ctive on the eggs of pear small carnivores and all kinds of noctuidae pests. To aphid,
