* Thick Mica plate for high-performance thermal and electrical insulation * Thick Mica plate for high-performance thermal and electrical insulation is designed for electromechanical and thermomechanical applications requiring , It is used as a replacement for asbestos and other insulating boards for a variety of applications.
1.Excellent insulating properties at high temperature: At 500-1000ºC operating ambient temperature, the voltage breakdown resistance is 15KV/mm;
2.Good tensile property: It can be processed into a variety of shapes without layer separation;
3.Excellent environmental protection performance: The product contains no asbestos, and has less smoke and odors, even smokeless and odorless when heating
4.Excellent acid and alkali resistance, and oil resistance. Availability for mica plate Thickness: 0.1mm 0.15mm 0.2mm~100mm Length×Width: 1000×600mm 1000×1200mm 1000×2400mm Note: The product less than 2.0mm thickness can be formed by stamping. The products larger than 2.0mm shall be processed by turning, milling, drilling and other processes.

Application

Rigid Mica Sheet has a wide range of following applications: To implement resistor support, expecially for heating elements in toasters, hair dryers; To manufacture closed heating elements such as heater bands, heating elements, clothes irons and presses,kettles, cooking appliances, heating elements for extrusion machines; To used as thermal insulation in circuit breakers such as divider between components affected by a high heat loads.
