As it is measured manually, there may be an error of 1-3mm, which belongs to the normal range. The size of the whole panel is 1220mm * 2420mm, and the thickness is 8mm, 9mm and 12mm (we have panels of these three thicknesses in stock). We can cut them into other sizes according to your requirements. Other OEM thicknesses or sizes are acceptable. It should be noted that the division of the board will affect secondary sales and cannot be returned.

We have four kinds of acoustic divider:

1. common panel: specification 1220 * 2420 * 8 mm, 2.8 kg/sheet

2. high quality panel:1220 * 2420 * 9mm, 3.8kg/sheet

3. smooth panel: 1220 * 2420 * 9mm, 5 kg/sheet

4. thick smooth panel: 1220*2420*12mm, 5kg/sheet

Installation Instructions

Installation - Method 1

1.The simplest method only needs to be glued to the wall by spraying glue, but the sound insulation effect is relatively poor compared with other installation methods, and it is relatively easy to fall.

Installation - Method 2

1. You can use screws (minimum 3.5mm x 32-42mm screws) to directly insert the felt and install the sound insulation board directly on the wall.

Installation - Method 3

1. Install 45mm (thickness) battens directly to the wall / ceiling at 600mm intervals.

2. Insert the screws (minimum 3.5mm x 32-42mm screws) directly into the felt backing, and install the sound insulation board directly onto the batten.

-- 100 sheets MOQ for normal size&thickness acoustic panels, but if you want to customize other size, the MOQ is 300 sheets per color

3. Lead Time
For normal size(1220*2420mm), we can delivery within 3 days.

For customized products, it will takes about 7-15days

4. Samples
-- Samples which are available in warehouse can be offered free.
-- We usually charges 3 times price for producing new samples and pay back after a formal order which meet MOQ.
