1.Natural Teak weathers to a beautiful silver-grey patina over time. This weathering process will vary depending on climate, exposure to the elements, and commitment to care and maintenance.
2.Teak expands and contracts with changes in climate. Shrinking of the wood can result in hairline cracks in the assembly joints or the grain of the wood itself. This does not affect the structural integrity of the frame's construction.
3.We strongly recommend using our custom-fit outdoor covers to protect furniture from the elements and minimize aging.
Company Information FAQQ: What can be done if products are damaged when I receive them ? A: Don't worry. If the damage is proved to happen before loading, we'll hold the responsibility and replace them for you. If it's proved to happen during the sea transportation and our term is CIF, we will claim this to our insurance company and pay you the compensation. If the term is FOB, you will need to claim this to your insurance company or shipping company on your own.
Q: Can I order one set for sample? A: Yes, sample order is acceptable for us. But usually a sample will cost much more for our factory. Hope you understand. Q : Can I leave my cushions outside all year round? A:Cushions should be stored for the winter in climates exposed to snow and freezing temperatures. Cushions should be cleaned and allowed to air dry before placing into storage. Always store cushions in a dry, well ventilated area.
