Performance and Application:
1. Improve the mixture liquidity efficiently by providing lubrication effect between molecules and decreasing the external friction on metal surface.
2. Show outstanding mold releasing performance after mixing and vulcanization, prevent the mixture sticking to roll shaft and other metal surfaces, improve the mold releasing performance and appearance of products.
3. Stabilize the CR compound.
Usage:
Recommended to add in at the last stage of mixing in order to reach the best releasing performance.
Applicable Rubbers:
NR, BR, SBR, CR, IIR, ACM, EPDM, CPE, TPE etc.
