1,Brief introduction:
The product is made of a variety of cationic materials by special polymerization process and adding cross-linking resin synergist. Compared with ordinary AKD products, RF-P01 has significantly improved sizing effect, paper moisture return and AKD high-temperature hydrolysis. Using this product can not only provide excellent water resistance, but also improve the surface strength of paper products. This product is widely used in high-grade wrapping paper, especially for cultural paper.

3,Performance characteristics:
1. Can achieve excellent water resistance and hot water resistance.
2. The curing time is shortened, and it is not easy to return to moisture.
3. Relative to sizing agent in slurry, the dosage is reduced and the production cost is reduced.
4. Significantly improve the surface strength of paper products.
5. Relative to cationic styrene acrylic surface sizing agent, this product is less dependent on aluminum sulfate, can be used less or no aluminum sulfate, so as to improve the folding performance of paper.
6. Good mechanical stability, less bubbles during operation.
7. This product is used alone or with styrene-acrylic surface sizing agent.

4,use method:
1. Dosage: 2-6kg/ ton paper when used alone. When used with styrene-acrylic surface glue, the dosage is 1-3kg/ ton paper. The specific dosage should be adjusted according to the hydroscopicity index.
2. In use, when the gelatinized starch glue liquid is cooled to below 65°C, the original liquid of the product is added to the starch glue liquid tank, and it can be used for sizing; Or use metering pump to add starch glue liquid supply pipeline to add continuously.
3. Aluminum sulfate can be added or not added to the starch glue tank according to the actual situation. When using aluminum sulfate, control the PH value of glue liquid in the glue liquid tank at 3.5-4.5. When used with styrene-acrylic surface glue, the glue liquid in the sizing tank should be controlled at 3.5-4 by aluminum sulfate.

5,Packaging and storage:
Packed in plastic drums of 200kg and 1000kg, store in a cool place (5-30°C), avoid freezing and sun exposure. Storage life: 3 months.
