USE:
1.Three-layer co-extruding die head film blowing machine adopts the internationally advanced superposed die heads, of which each layer can heat and receive thermal insulation medium independently and can insulate
the heat effectively, which is good for blowing and making plastic film with different temperature.
The die head has advanced construction and better arrangement of sprue runner that can ensure the steady fluid and even thickness of the film.
2.The traction system adopts ±360°swing and uniform rotation in level direction to meet the requirements for high precision and high-speed printing. The cooling system in IBC is an internationally advanced technology today. The system adopts four ultrasonic wave probes to count the tested information, and at the same time, to guarantee the size of the film bubble steadily while replacing the hot air in the film bubble through the control and regulation of in -out air output. It can increase the products output and its transparency and added value.
3.The fully automatic rolling device has the functions like rolling, alternating reel, cutting and unrolling for fully automatic control. The photo rectifying system can roll in even more orderliness, improving the work efficiency and reducing the labor intensity for the workers and the percent defective while manual alternating the reel.
4.The electric control cabinet adopts PLC, which can be intelligentized at worksite, control and inspect accurately of the parameterize in a long distance. It can store the processing technical parameters for product, which makes the equipment operate easily. Continually automatic monitoring for the complete machine function and the data of product ensures the quality of the product, and saves effectively the materials, reduces man-made interference. The centralized computer control can manages in a long distance.
