GWGJ-1 is mainly used on gasification furnaces and gas generators in petrochemical industry.
GWGJ-2 is suitable for synthetic ammonia gasification furnace and the bottom of steel heating furnace.
GWGJ-3 & GWGJ-4 are suitable for special locations of Dexgo and coal slurry gasification furnaces.

Characteristrcs: 
High bonding strength, high hardness, high refractoriness, good wearing resistance, good abrasion resistance, good thermal shock resistance and long service life.

APPLICATION
The products are widely used in various smelting vessels, including:
  • Top blowing smelting furnaces: Ausmelt furnace, ISASMELT furnace, Kaldo furnace
  • Side blowing smelting furnaces: Jinfeng furnace, Baiyin furnace, continuous converting furnaces, PS converters
  • Bottom blowing smelting furnaces: SKS smelting furnace, QSL bottom-blowing furnace
  • Submerged arc furnaces: Ti slag (TiO2 1 nickel-iron alloys, zinc alloy powders / metallic zinc (ZnO/Zn)
  • Furnaces for treatment of environmental wastes: resource recovery from polluted environmental mud, waste electronics, anode slimes
  • Other high temperature processing facilities: flash furnace, electric cleaning furnace for copper and nickel smelting, zinc volatilizing rotary kilns, electric zinc furnace, cement rotary kiln and glass kilns.
