Description

The parts cleaning machine of TS-P series is a simplified and lightweight design based on the TS-L-WP model. The product is more suitable for the cleaning of some lightweight parts. The operator places the parts in the cleaning basket of the cleaning room, and starts cleaning after closing the door; during the cleaning process, the basket rotates 360 degrees driven by the motor, and the spray pump The parts are rinsed and the cleaning medium is recycled. The cleaning work is completed within the set time, and the parts can be taken out manually by opening the door.

Features:
1) The working chamber of the TS-P series spray cleaning machine is welded by SUS304 stainless steel;
2) SUS304 material cleaning basket;
3) Multi-angle spray pipe, made of SUS304 stainless steel; some spray pipes can be adjusted in angle to meet the cleaning of parts of different sizes;
4) Stainless steel basket, used for the filtration of the cleaned liquid back to the liquid storage tank
5) The liquid storage tank is equipped with an oil-water separation device to protect the liquid level;
6) The stainless steel heating tube is embedded in the liquid storage tank;
7) Stainless steel pipeline pump, with a removable filter device installed at the inlet;
8) Independent control cabinet, button start
9) Electronic pressure gauge, automatically shut down the pump when the pipeline is blocked;
10) The door adopts stainless steel mechanical lock and is equipped with travel switch detection
11) Optional tooling accessories are suitable for cleaning different parts.
