XY-1030 silicone defoamer is a dilutable defoamer. It is mainly recommended for food and drug fermentation and processing, etc.
The substance components of the antifoam do not contain the substances listed in the SVHC list of the REACH Regulation.
Antifoaming agent component does not contain NP, APEO.
It is easy to be diluted into low-content emulsions.

XY-1030 Antifoam can be diluted with thickening water. In the process of dilution, the speed of stirring is between 30 to 60 rpm and the time of stirring is recommended for no more than 10 minutes. Please request the company's customer service
department for the specific dilution method.
The company accepts no responsibility for anyloss which may be incurred by the customer as a result of incorrect usage.
It is suggested that the product is added in a place where the antifoam can disperse easily.
The product is available in 25kg or 200kg plastic buckets; sizes can be customized according to special requirements.
This product can be stored as a normal chemical, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. No exposure to rain. Keep away from flame. Don't add acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive substances to this product.
Ensure the container is sealed after using. If this product begins to stratify after long storage, stir it evenly at 30 to 60 rpm.
This product may freeze under 0C (32ºF); if this happens, stir well after defrosting the antifoam at a rate of 30 to 60 rpm. In these cases, stirring will not affect the performance of the product if carried out at the recommended speed.
When stored between 5 and 40C (41- 104ºF) in the original unopened containers, the product is usable 9 months from the date of manufacture
