Device host:
1. This equipment can produce continuously and stably for 24 hours, with a molding area of 900*1000mm.
2. The main board of the equipment is processed by the factory's own gantry machining center to ensure the accuracy of the whole size.
3. The thickness of the upper plate of the main body of the press is 65mm, and two lateral heightening ribs are used to fix the equipment with multiple M16 screws. of filler products.
4. There are 8 guiding posts in the main body of the press, all of which are plated with hard chrome to ensure the orientation of the equipment.
5. The machine adopts the upper double high-pressure oil cylinder and the lower double lever connecting rod, which is linked up and down, which has the huge advantage of high-speed forming.
6. Thick equipment mainframe and accurate size can ensure the efficient and stable production of the machine.

Machine:
1. The base of the equipment is welded by 120 I-beam as a whole, to ensure the stable production of the machine in complex terrain environment, and the fuselage is not deformed.
2. The equipment adopts a new type of cantilever control panel, which saves limited space, onekey start, and convenient operation.
3. The equipment is surrounded by metal sheets to ensure beauty and safety, and the acrylic glass part of the press is visible and easy to operate.

Control System:
1. The control system used by the equipment is independently developed by the company and has been verified for 19 years. The screen is simple and clear, and the operation is stable. New workers can get started in one hour, which is easy to operate.
2. The control system adopts touch screen PLC control, and the servo motor feeds the film, which is accurate and accurate. The electrical part of the machine adopts modular assembly, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement. The original electrical cabinets are of CHNT brand.

3. The control system has an automatic alarm function. When the machine fails, the touch screen will display a fault alarm, prompting the cause of the fault, so as to quickly find and solve the problem.


Heating system:
1. The furnace plate of this equipment uses energy-saving stainless steel U-shaped heating tube, and the Aoyi digital display module independently controls the temperature, which can heat up quickly, save energy, and be durable.
2. The furnace plate can be moved back and forth through the aluminum support guide rail, which is convenient for adjustment, and the cylinder is used to lift and lower to prevent the sheet from being overheated in an emergency.

Input and output system:
This system used by this equipment can realize automatic input of coils within 200KG, and the system adopts advanced and minimalist infrared induction feeding, which can basically realize continuous feeding and stable operation during the processing of the whole roll of sheets, which is extremely difficult to break down.

Hydraulic system:
The hydraulic system independently developed by our factory adopts high-pressure oil pump, domestic first-line hydraulic components, and parallel copper pipe cooling, which can realize 24-hour uninterrupted production and has been running stably for many years.

Slitting system:
The front of the equipment is equipped with two slitting blades, and the user can adjust the slitting length of the product arbitrarily.
