1. Product description

(1) Summary
Continuous carbonization furnace is a lightweight continuous industrial kiln used for the sintering of granular products, which has the advantages of low energy consumption, short firing cycle, and low labor intensity.

(2)Furnace shell
2.1 The furnace shell is a combination structure, made of A3 steel and welded into shape. The furnace body adopts a double-layer structure to reduce the surface temperature of the furnace body.
2.2 Surface temperature rise of furnace shell: ≤ 40 ºC

(3) Fire resistant insulation structure
The furnace material is made of ceramic fiber fiberboard, which has excellent insulation effect and small heat capacity.

(4) Furnace structure
4.1 This furnace is in a continuous form, with the material fed into the spiral feeder and preheated by the furnace tube thermal radiation before entering the high-temperature zone for calcination.
4.2 A feeding plate is installed inside the furnace tube to continuously flip the material using the principle of gravity, making the material more evenly heated.
