Ceramic fiber sampling spoon is made of fiber which is high quality and high temperature resistance. Ceramic fiber spoon is dedicated to collect metal liquid sample from furnace or ladle for chemical analysis. The spoon could be resistant to extreme cold and no cracks, which means that it can be used repeatedly.

1. Before scooping out the metal solution, bake it on the top of the furnace for 3 minutes, then it can be used.
2. If the surface of the spoon sticks to iron slag or iron beads, do not scrape it off with an iron tool, just immerse it in the molten liquid for cleaning.
3. Do not cool the metal liquid in the spoon. If you need to cool, please use a special disposable container and discard it after use.
1. Be careful when assembling and removing the parts.
2. Keep dry in the transportational process.
3. The products should be put into cases and stored at warehouses where the relative humidity is less than 80%.
4. Keep the air flowing.
5. The air should not contain harmful gases which may corrode the products.
