MDPE is characterized by environmental stress cracking resistance and long-term strength retention. The relative density of MDPE is 0.926-0.953, the crystallinity is between 70% and 80%, the average molecular weight is 200,000, the tensile strength is 8-24 mpa, the elongation at break is 50%-60%, the melting temperature is 126-135ºC, and the melt flow rate is 0.1-35 g /10 min. Thermal deformation temperature (0.46 mpa)49-74ºC.

 
2.Application

 
Its performance between high density polyethylene (HDPE) and low density polyethylene (LDPE), both maintain the rigidity of HDPE, and flexible LDPE, creep resistance, set the advantages of both in one, in the manufacture of pipe, pipe, communication and cable sheath has absolute advantage, so more and more attention by the market.
