General Overview of BOPP BOPLA BOPET Film extrusion machine
The biaxially oriented film extrusion line is the result of 5 years of research, development, and manufacturing efforts.
On this extrusion line, raw materials go through various processes including plastification, the addition of chemical agents, and biaxial stretching. The resulting film has uniform thickness. Its manufacturing technology reaches internationally advanced level.
Biaxial stretching method has attracted increasing attention from the plastics extrusion industry in recent years. Stretching the material in both directions can greatly improved the mechanical property, light transmission, barrier property, thermal conductivity, and thickness uniformity. Biaxially oriented film production line is designed to meet the need from various application fields. It is mainly applicable to plastic films that are made of the polyester, polypropylene, polyamic acid, polystyrene, or the polyimide.
The biaxially stretched PET film is mainly used to construct the P layer of TPT backsheets. It ranges from 0.20mm to 0.35mm in thickness.

BOPLA film falls into the category of the eco-friendly, biodegradable plastic film with thicknesses ranging from 0.02 to 0.08mm. BOPP and BOPET biaxially stretched films produced by our extrusion line are mainly used in packaging, printing, and electronic product industries. Their thicknesses are between 0.01mm and 0.06mm.
