(Application)Tris Gly, SDS and 20% methano l buffer are not used for PVD membrane transfer of protein. Because there is glycine in the buffer, it is difficult to distinguish whether glycine is brought in by buffer or the protein itself during sequencing. Now, 10mm / 1caps10% methano l is used as membrane transfer buffer for sequencing, and the methano l concentration range in caps electroimprinting buffer is 0-20%. Generally, the methano
l concentration is high The buffer has a good effect on the transfer of low molecular weight protein, while the buffer with low methano l concentration or even without methano l is conducive to the transfer of high molecular weight protein.

(Product advantage)The purity is ≥99%, with good water solubility and stable process, which can ensure that the product appearance is pure white crystal powder.

CAPS powder
CAPS can be used for nucleic acid extraction, in interfusion with 3-(cyclohexylamino)-2-hydroxy-1-propanesulphonic acid (CAPSO) and 2-(cyclohexylamino)ethanesulphonate (CHES), among others, to prepare solutions for nucleic acid hybridisation. It is also possible to reduce the productivity of non-specific hybrids and increase the specificity of nucleic acid hybridization, which is valuable in the identification of specific pathogens and the diagnosis of genetic disorders.    Furthermore, CAPS can be used in a variety of environmentally friendly, high quality waterborne two-component polyurethane coatings and is widely used in the waterborne coatings market as it is stable with active DNA-containing resins at room temperature for long periods of time.

In addition, CAPS can be used to formulate buffers in capillary electrophoresis to end electrolytes, allowing on-line separation of 2-nitrobenzoic acid and 3-nitrobenzoic acid, while CAPS buffers are suitable for use in high molecular weight protein electrophoresis buffers.

Secondly, CAPS can be used in biochemical diagnostic kits, DNA and RNA extraction kits, PCR diagnostic kits, as a buffer for the separation of basic drugs in enzyme chemistry and HPLC. In addition to this, it can also be used in the manufacture of fireworks, as analytical reagents, heat exchange carriers, as well as in the pharmaceutical industry, air conditioning, pyrotechnics, dry cell batteries and other applications.

Desheng has been developing biological buffers for many years and has a wealth of experience. CAPS is one of the core products, which also contains Tris, Tris HCL, BICINE, MOPS, TAPS, etc. to meet different customer groups. Please feel free to contact us if you in need of them.
