Description

Soy protein isolated is a highly refined or purified form of soy protein with a minimum protein content of 90% on a moisture-free basis. It is made from defatted soy flour which has had most of the nonprotein components, fats and carbohydrates removed. Because of this, it has a neutral flavor and will cause less flatulence due to bacterial fermentation.

Function :

Soy isoflavones is mainly used in female in precaution and treatment of menopausal symptoms 
for its similar structure of estrogen.And its great effect is double action: it effect as stimulator 
when estrogen level is low in human body while it will act as inhibitor when estrogen level in higher level.Also soy Isofalvones shows anti cancer activity and ability in lowering cholesterol level and preventing arteriosclerosis.As this soy isoflavone is one of the most important and safe health products to females. Ordinary Daidzin, Genistin, Daidzein, Genistein are regarded as main active ingredients in soy isoflavones. The relative content of four active ingredients is 
high in soybean pulp/soy bean meal and low in soy bean plumule.
