1. Select a balancer of appropriate specifications based on the weight of the tools and accessories.
2. When hanging the balancer, be sure to connect the safety rope properly.
3. Adjust the main adjusting worm on the balancer to ensure that the balance weight of the balancer matches the weight of the tool used, ensuring that the tool is balanced at any position within the travel range, i.e. the tool is in a weightless state. When adjusted clockwise, the balance weight increases, and vice versa. When supplying, the balance weight has been adjusted to the middle value. When adjusting, the balance weight should not be higher or lower than the rated value, otherwise it will affect normal operation.
4. When removing tools from the balancer, it is necessary to first pull out the stop pin pull rod, turn it clockwise by 30 °, place it back in the slot, lock the tower wheel (refer to the schematic diagram), and then remove the tool to prevent sudden unloading of the hook from quickly retracting and injuring people or damaging the tool. After reinstalling the tool or equivalent tool, the stop pin can be disconnected and pulled up counterclockwise to reset.
5. When the balancer is not hung with a tool, do not empty it without reason to avoid causing the steel wire rope to get stuck or fall out of the groove.
6. When the operating tool moves horizontally with a slope exceeding 30. When moving, it is necessary to move the tool closer to the vertical position before loosening it, otherwise it may cause the steel wire rope to get stuck in the wrong groove.
