Purpose
Intelligent integrated distribution box is a standardized intelligent integrated distribution unit designed by The State Grid Corporation of China. It can rapidly increase capacity, meet the requirements of centralized power control, convenient installation and maintenance, and shorten the time of accident treatment. It is designed in the principle of safety, economy, rationality and reliability. It has the characteristics of simple operation, safe and reliable use, novel structure and high protection level. It can be used for power distribution, capacitor compensation, electric energy conversion, metering distribution and control protection in low-voltage distribution systems of two-network substation, substation, industrial and mining enterprises and residential areas.
Outlet and inlet line of intelligent integrated distribution box will switch to low voltage measuring device, low voltage reactive power compensation device integrated in an outdoor cabinet, installed on the transformer with transformer on the bench, one-piece intelligent integrated distribution, outlet switch have leakage protection and automatic reclosing function, suitable for field accidental multiple ground fault using the environment, especially suitable for the rural electric transformer room and can't construction of city public power system.
Operating environmental conditions
1.Normal service condition
1.1Ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40ºC, not lower than -25ºC, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35ºC.
1.2The sea level at the site of use shall not exceed 2000m;
1.3The relative humidity of surrounding air should not exceed 50% when the highest temperature is +40ºC, and relatively large relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature, such as 90% when the temperature is +20ºC.
1.4 When the product is installed, the inclination of the vertical plane shall not exceed 5°;
1.5The products shall be installed in the place where there is no violent vibration and shock and where the electrical components are not corroded enough;
2.Users with special requirements, can negotiate with the manufacturer to solve.
