CGF rinsing-filling-capping 3-in-1 machine, this type of equipment is used to produce polyester bottled mineral water, purified water, alcoholic beverage machinery, and other non-carbonated beverage products.
Empty bottle washing, liquid filling, and cap screwing 3 functions are combined in one unit, which can reduce the materials and outsiders' touch time, improving the sanitary conditions, production capacity, and economic efficiency.

Detailed Introduction

 

Empty bottle washing:
This part of the machine is used to wash empty bottles with water spray, it uses purified water to wash the bottle's inner surface at a particular angle. It makes the bottle before filling clean, in line with health standards, to prevent bacteria, sediment, and other harmful substances.
The rotary plate, washing head, clips...etc, these parts of the bottle washing station are made of  SUS304 stainless steel.
After washing, used flushing water will be collected and discharged uniformly.
 
Water filling:
This filling station is used to fill water into PET bottles, filling valves, a tank, pipes...etc, all water contacting parts are made of stainless steel 304, which can ensure the filling process is safe clean, and hygienic, without second pollution.
The filling valve structure design is reasonable, the filling quantity is accurate. 
The filling capacity speed is adjustable on the touch screen, customers can set the suitable production speed according to demands.
 
 
Cap screwing:
The capping machine is the final step and an important part of the water bottling machine, combined with the cap lifting system, the capping station will transfer caps on bottles, and then finish cap screwing work, which has an enormous influence on the defective rate of the product.
Made of stainless steel material to make this machine parts, the capping station can ensure stable running works and the electric detecting system can make sure no bottles and no capping, to reduce cap waste.
 
Features of water bottling machine:
1. Using the wind-sent access and move wheel in the bottle directly connected technology; canceled screw and conveyor chains, enable the change the bottle-shaped become easier.

2. Bottles transmission adopts clip bottleneck technology, bottle-shaped transform does not need to adjust the equipment level, only change related to the curved plate, wheel, and nylon parts is enough.

3. The specially designed stainless steel bottle washing machine clip is solid and durable, with no touch with the screw location of the bottle mouth to avoid secondary pollution.

4. High-speed large gravity flow valve filling valve, filling fast, filling accurately, and with no liquid loss.

5. Spiraling declines when output bottle, transform bottle shape no need to adjust the height of conveyor chains.

6. Host adopt advanced PLC automatic control technology, the key electrical components from famous company such as Japan's Mitsubishi, France, and OMRON.

RO water treatment system
We adopt different treatment systems for water purification, RO Water Treatment system is the most widely used in the water plant.

This is important for packaging after filling, the label with information will be put on the bottle by the labeling machine.
