Coding parameters
Under the premise of choosing a suitable hot stamping machine, the coding parameters should be adjusted within the following range, and the conditions that are most suitable for the corresponding coding machine and transfer material should be selected:
2.1 Temperature range: 140ºC-150ºC (140ºC recommended). Note: The actual temperature of the prefix measured by the thermometer shall prevail.
2.2 Pressure range: 0.4~0.6MPa (0.5 MPa recommended).
2.3 Contact time: 0.1-0.5S (depending on the hot stamping material, hot stamping machine model, and printing requirements).
