Usage and dosage:
Intravenous infusion of 500ml ~ 1000ml for adults can be increased or decreased appropriately according to age, weight and symptoms. Administration speed: 300~500ml per hour for adults.
It should be used with caution in the following situations: 1. Diabetic patients taking biguanides (especially hypoglycemine) can hinder the utilization of lactic acid by the liver and easily cause lactic acid poisoning; 2. 2. Edema patients with sodium retention tendency; 3 Hypertension patients can increase blood pressure; Cardiac insufficiency; 4. 5. The degradation rate of lactic acid is slowed down in hepatic insufficiency, which delays the correction rate of acidosis. 6 Hypoxia and shock, insufficient tissue blood supply and hypoxia slow down the metabolism rate of lactic acid oxidation into propyl cupric acid into tricarboxylic acid cycle, so as to delay the correction speed of acidosis; 7 Alcoholism, salicylic acid poisoning, type glycogen depositional disease often occur lactic acidosis, sodium lactate should not be used to correct the acid-base balance.
Drug interaction:
When used with other drugs, attention should be paid to incompatibility of drugs (such as macrolide antibiotics, alkaloids, sulfonamides) due to changes in pH and ionic strength. Because this product contains calcium ions, it will precipitate when mixed with blood containing sodium citrate.
