1. Product Description1.1 This balancing machine is a two-station single-face balancing machine customised for fan blade, integrating automatic testing, automatic handling and automatic drilling correction functions.
1.2 All balancing work is done continuously and automatically from balance measurement, angle positioning, turning and handling, drilling correction and re-testing, vacuuming and so on.
1.3 It has advantages of short production times and high efficiency.
1.4 It can be connected to a production line to achieve automatic assembly line production.
1.5 It can collect, output and display the data generated during the whole process.
1.6 The main functions of the software part are balance test system, balance data storage and printing, data statistics after passing the judgment, etc.
1.7 Special functions can also be customised for special products.
