3.How long is the sample lead time?
Usually 7-10 days for sampling to EU, AU or USA. It depends on the logistic company.
4.Can the price be cheaper?
It's negotiable. The price depends on your demand (shape, size, quantity). Usually, you can get better price provided large orders.Please contact us.
5.Why do you charge sample fee?
We need to order the material for your customized designs, we need to pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay labour costs. Once you pay the sample fee, it means that we have the contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples, until you say "ok, it is perfect".
6.How do you control the quality?
