Application:
Hydrothermal synthesis reactor, also known as digestion, pressure melting bombs, hydrothermal synthesis reactor, high temperature and pressure digestion vessels. PTFE high pressure tank is a reactor that supplies certain synthetic chemicals under certain temperature and pressure conditions. It is widely used in new materials, energy, environmental engineering and other fields of scientific research and experiments, is university teaching, scientific research units commonly used small reactors.

Operation method:
The hydrothermal synthesis reaction kettle includes the reaction device and the reactor body. During the test, the feed coefficient should be guaranteed to be less than 80%. Before the corrosion reaction, a PTFE liner should be placed to ensure that the kettle body is not corroded. Put the hydrothermal synthesis reactor on the heater and heat it to the required reaction temperature (below the required safe temperature) according to the specified heating rate. When the reaction is completed, wait for it to cool, and operate in strict accordance with the specified cooling rate to facilitate safety and the service life of the reactor. When it is confirmed that the intra-abdominal temperature is lower than the boiling point of the solvent reaction system, the can lid can be opened after subsequent operations. The hydrothermal synthesis reactor should be cleaned after use to avoid corrosion. Special attention should be paid to cleaning the sealing lines of the pot body and pot lid to prevent bump damage.
