Furnace body: adopts a double-layer structure
Furnace mouth: Equipped with a fast pressing device, silicone rubber sealing strip for easy opening and closing, and sealing the furnace door. Equipped with a circulating water cooling device to protect the sealing strip.
Furnace: Ceramic rollers are used at the bottom of the furnace to isolate the material box and facilitate the volatilization of the atmosphere and the uniformity of the temperature field.
Furnace insulation: The insulation structure adopts alumina ceramic fibers to prevent heat leakage. Nanofibers can make the electric furnace heat up faster and have a more significant insulation effect.
