A dermaroller is also called micro needle roller, a skin care and treat device used to help rejuvenate the skin, treat acne scarring, reduce signs of aging, as well as resume hair to grow. The derma roller consists of roller head, handle, and packaging case. The roller head is mainly made by plastic molded roller with lots of metal needles (optional for192 needles, 540 needles,1200 needles) around it. It's widely used in SPA and beauty salon for personal skin treatment. Sometimes it's also used at home for trained personal usage.
As we know, the roller consists of lots of sharp metal needles(SUS 304 with gold electro-plated), when we roller over the wheel head on the skin, the roller needles will puncture the skin. The punctured holes in the skin are only outer top surface of skin, which would not damage original inner skin. Then the injury will fall off when there is a newly-growing of skin. When the skin is punctured, this creates a controlled skin injury. It does not cause actual damage to the outer layer of skin. The needles help to break down any scar tissue.
The biggest difference between traditional derma roller and seamless derma roller is the roller head. The seamless derma roller has gap in the whole roller header. The metal needles are completely integrated in the wheel header by injection molding process, however the traditional derma roller are composed stamped metal plate, it's plate by plate assembled with plastic frame.
The biggest advantages for seamless derma roller is easy to sterilize, and more essence can be completely assimilated while using. However the price for seamless derma roller is more expensive than traditional one.
