Description

INDICATIONS
Indicated for the treatment of angina pectoris, in combination with digitalis and/or diuretics for the treatment of chronic heart failure.

Adverse reactions
A nitrate-induced vasodilatory headache may occur at the beginning of dosing and usually resolves after several days of continuous use. Facial flushing, vertigo, upright hypotension and reflex tachycardia may also occur. Occasionally, significant decrease in blood pressure, bradycardia, aggravation of angina pectoris and syncope may be seen.
