Generally the width of chicken house is from 12m to 22m. For economies, the width is suggested to be within 16m, the length is less than 150m, and the height should be 2.2m to 2.5m for free range or 2.5m to 4.5m in A type cage or H type cage. FYI, for 10,000 broilers, the size is 60m x 12m, and for 40,000 broilers, it is 137m x 16m.
