Q:Is it possible to print on my product and how well?
A:Please show me the product you want to print by email or express, we will film the printing process and send you the video or print sample. The freight should be borne by the buyer.
Q:I've never operated an inkjet printer, is it hard?
A:Distributors can go to the factory for training, and at the same time provide an English service manual with detailed operating instructions and easy to use.
Q:What if something goes wrong with the machine?
A:Machine warranty period is 2 years. If you have any problems, please take a video to demonstrate the problem, and the engineer will provide you with a solution.
Q:How is your service?
A:We provide 24 hours online service. For special projects, engineers can be sent abroad for technical support
