What is NdFeB Permanet Magnet?
NdFeB permanet magnet is the third generation of rare earth permanent magnet after the RECo5 magnet and RECo17 magnet, which is a tetragonal crystal system formed by neodymium, iron, and boron (Nd2Fe14B). Since the introduction of NdFeB, it has been popularized and applied worldwide due to its high quality and low cost.
NdFeB is also the strongest performance permanent magnet among contemporary magnets, its main raw materials are: rare earth metal neodymium 29%-32.5%, metal element iron 63.95-68.65%, non-metal element boron 1.1-1.2%, add dysprosium 0.6-8%, niobium 0.3-0.5%, aluminum 0.3-0.5%, copper 0.05-0.15% and other elements, and The combination of these elements and after post-processing becomes our application of permanent magnets.
