SIS-12/630(1250)-20(25)-31.5 solid insulated ring network switchgear is a new generation environmentally friendly composite insulated ring network cabinet developed by ourcompany. 
Mainly composed of three components,V unit (circuit breaker unit), C unit (load switch unit), F unit (combined with electrical unit),each unit can be used alone or freely expandable, and its structure is divided into intelligent control instruments Room,operating mechanism and primary part, the instrument room can be equipped with microcomputer protection (controller), the primary part adopts APG automatic gel process,the isolating switch and arc extinguishing chamber are completely sealed in epoxy resin,and there are use specially joints and bus bars to connect.The arc extinguishing chamber adopts special copper-chromium contact material, R-type longitudinal magnetic field contact,and a complete one-time sealing process. The interrupting short-circuit current capabilityand stability,electrical life, temperature rise and insulation level of the arc extinguishingchamber are all higher than before The arc extinguishing chamber (copper-aluminumcontact material, cup-shaped longitudinal magnetic field contact structure, and incompleteone-time sealing process) has been significantly improved.The operating mechanismadopts a spring-operated mechanism that cooperates with the switch, that is, the isolationswitch and the main switch spring-operated mechanism are integrated, which canfacilitate interlocking, and has fewer mechanical parts, reduces unnecessary transmissionlinks, and has high reliability.And can realize electric operation according to user needs.Solid insulation fully enclosed switchgear: it uses solid insulation material as the maininsulation medium and conductive connection, isolation switch, grounding switch, mainbus bar, branch bus bar and other main conductive loops, single or combined, and thencovered and packaged with solid insulation medium into one or more A fully insulated andfully sealed module with certain functions that can be combined or expanded again
