A: Yes, we can supply samples for you, you just bear the sample and courier charge, and the charge will be sent back to you after you place order to us.

A: Sample order: 2-7 working days, Bulk order: 25-30 working days.

A: Yes.The MOQ is 3000pcs per item.

Q4: How's your warranty?
A: 2-5 years warranty based on different price range.

Q5: Is it possible to print my logo on LED lights?
A: Yes,Label Sticker or laser printing are available for your own logo design. 

Q6: Can we design packaging?
A: Yes. Default is regular packing, we can make customer's own packing over MOQ .

Q7: Can you produce according to customer'design and requirement?
A: Yes,we are the professional manufacturer,OEM and ODM are both welcome.Besides,we have R&D team and our own mould factory backup,no problem for product design.

Q8. How do you ship the lamps and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Samples: send by express ,such as FedEx,DHL,TNT,UPS,EMS. 3-7 days arrive. Bulk orders: send by ship,12-45 days depend on the country.

Q9: What's ur After-Sale Service?
A: Quick reply on customers' questions;If anything goes wrong with the products' quality, we will replace it for you and send it to you with next shipment.

Q10: How do you control the quality ?
A: Our factory will inspect each lamp 4 times. At the same time, we have a professional quality control team responsible for checking and controlling all orders from raw materials to finished products. All products will undergo a hi-pot test and lighting aging test .

Q11: How to deal with the faulty ?
A: 1.All lights are under strictly quality control to ensure defective rate less 0.2%.
     2.During the guarantee period, if any problems, you can contact us anytime.

Q12: What is your trading terms?
A:  We accept all trading terms: EXW/FOB/CIF/CFR etc.
