1. Product description

(1) Summary
Electric heating atmosphere rotary furnace is mainly suitable for dynamic sintering of powder and particles, making the material more evenly heated, shortening sintering time, reducing energy consumption, and improving quality.
(2) Furnace structure
2.1 The furnace tube is made of 310s stainless steel material, and the furnace is in a large belly shape. The large belly shape can fix the material in the constant temperature zone and rotate for sintering, without causing the material to run into the low temperature zone.
2.2 This furnace is equipped with a charging system for convenient customer loading. The discharge is automatic and can be poured by tilting the furnace liner.
2.3 Install a static sealed warehouse at the discharge port to avoid dust from the incoming and outgoing materials.
2.4 The insulation structure adopts alumina ceramic fiber board to prevent heat leakage. Ceramic fiber board can accelerate the heating of the electric furnace, achieve more significant insulation effect, and achieve energy-saving.
