GOOD RESISTANCE TO RAPID CRACK GROWTH

The rapid cracking of the pipeline may instantly cause a major accident of damage to the pipeline of more than ten meters or even thousands of meters. Polyethylene has excellent resistance to rapid crack growth. At the same time, it also has good resistance to scratches and slow crack growth. It is a kind of Safe Plumbing Products.
DURABLE and ANTI-CORROSION

Polyethylene is an inert material, except for a few strong oxidants, it can resist various chemical media and microbial erosion, no electrochemical corrosion, no need for anti-corrosion coating, and the designed service life is 50 years.

The elongation at break generally exceeds 500%. It has strong applicability to uneven settlement when shutting down, and has excellent seismic performance. It can be applied to harsh construction conditions such as uneven foundation and dislocation.

Hygiene and environmental protection, compound domestic drinking water transmission and distribution equipment requirements. The inner and outer surfaces of polyethylene pipes have high smoothness, high transmission efficiency, and can maintain excellent hydraulic performance during the service life.
RELIABLE CONNECTION

Hot-melt, electro-fusion connection ensures the identity of the interface material, structure and the pipe body itself, and the tensile strength and burst strength of the interface are higher than the pipe body. The co-extrude interface is clear, long-term sunshine is not easy to fade, and the depth of embedding in the pipe wall thickness is small, so as to avoid welding defects.
