The technology has been very mature, minimum tolerance can be controlled in 0.015-0.1mm, wall thickness can be controlled in 0.02mm, minimum hole can be controlled in 0.2mm, minimum hardness can be controlled in 40A. All products are produced under 100,000 grade clean production workshop, we have the professional quality department, all products are strict tested before shipping.
PEBAX, an engineered polymer, is a thermoplastic elastomer without plasticizers. With a wide range of hardness and good resilience, easy to work and the performance of polyamide products.
