This high-quality customized floor metal display rack can be used in all brands' pillow stores, supermarkets, and more.

 

It is made of metal plates and tubes. At the top, we can make silk screen billboards.

1. Shape: our company adopts rectangular cube. Rounded cubes can also be used, but the cost is a little higher than that
of rectangular cubes.
2. Cover plate: our company does not use the cover plate to seal the top so that the top can be used to
place things. Also can use cover board to seal coping, prevent dirt.
3. Advertisement: there are 4 ways (it can be mixed and matched on the top four sides according to actual needs).
1) Screen printing: it can only print simple fonts and patterns, which
are easy to fade after a long time.
2) UV printing: logo has three-dimensional effect, can print more complex fonts and patterns, and is not easy to fade.
3) Mount picture: the content of the picture can be freely selected, with strong flexibility.
4) Replaceable advertising: a transparent PVC or transparent acrylic cover can be pasted to replace the advertising cardboard.
Metal Display Rack Surface Treatment

Metal Display Rack Hook 

Material: Stainless steel square tubes and stainless steel through core rods are formed by argon arc welding.

Installation method: Buckle type installation is adopted, and the left and right sides of the layer frame are equipped with buckle hooks to fasten the accessories on both sides of the metal frame.
 
Metal Display Rack Bottom
 

1. Shape: Square stainless steel frame+black acrylic panel+iron metal bottom.

 

2. Installation method: The bracket is fixed with hexagonal screws.

 

3. Accessories: Adjustable feet and band brake universal pulley can be installed at the bottom.

Adjustable feet are installed at the bottom of the bracket and can be adjusted according to the appropriate height.

Pulley: Optional 2 wheels with brakes and 2 wheels without brakes.

A: Depends on your specific items, within 3 - 7 days is required generally.

A: We accept 50% as payment deposit when the goods are done, we take photos for your check and you then pay the balance.

A: We will deliver goods through international freight forwarders such as DHL UPS or federal.

A: We are direct factory with experienced engineers and employees as well as approximate 4,000 square meters workshop area.

Q7: What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you better solutions.

Q8: Can we get some samples before mass production?
A: Absolutely.
