APPLICATION SCENERY

Plastics

Due to the good dispersibility of nano calcium carbonate, it can effectively remove voids and bubbles in plastic, allowing the plastic to contract more evenly and improving its mechanical properties and thermal stability.
The experiment also proved that the addition of nano calcium carbonate can effectively improve the aging resistance of PVC film materials.

Rubber

Lightweight calcium carbonate has semi reinforcing properties, which can improve the tensile strength, tear strength, and wear resistance of vulcanized rubber. It does not cause excessive tensile stress under high filling, and is easily dispersed in the rubber material without affecting vulcanization.

Paint coating

The film-forming substrates, fillers, and other additives in coatings contain many reaction sites, which interact with the reaction sites on the surface of nano calcium carbonate particles, forming a stable and dense bonding layer, enhancing the coating performance of the coating.

Finish Coating

In the topcoat, i.e. in the topcoat, semi gloss and matte paint should be added to reduce gloss. Calcium carbonate is an ideal matting filler.
