This part made by sand casting with 1 resin core.
Before CNC machining, The part need to be
sand-blasting.Material is Cu alloy H62 .
The metal mould is firstly to be cleaned the cave and heated to suitable temperature.Then the casting machinery fixed the two half firmly.With effective degassing to reduce hydrogen, the copper liquid is poured into the mold cavity . After cooling, take out the parts, and a beautiful aluminum alloy artwork is displayed in front of us.By the numerical control hot-box core shooter machine, we can manufacture precision dimensions and high-strength cores, strictly controlling the raw resin sand and the temperature & time parameters of heating. Therefore, the excellent cavity ensures the beautiful surface and good dimensional tolerance of these aluminum products. After CNC machining, the perfect finished product is successfully made.
