The latest in round separation design from Cobro is the new generation Round Separator. Currently available in 400-, 600-, 800-,1000-,1200-,1500-, 1800- and 2000-mm diameters, the separator is designed to increase safety, provide stronger construction and allow for a more sanitary process. Separate solids from liquids or segregate dry materials into various sizes. Particles as fine as 500 mesh  can be screened, with up to 5 screen decks. No special flooring or foundation is needed and less working floorspace is required. Simple and efficient design requires less horsepower. Other features include long screen life and ease with which screens may be changed.

The vibrating sifter is drived by a unbalance motor, which is with variable eccentric weights on both sides of motor shaft.The screening time and movement of material on the screen surface can be controlled by adjusting the angle of the two eccentric weights.
