Brief introduction

Vitamin K2, also known as menadione, is a fat soluble vitamin and one of the essential vitamins for the human body. In the human body, vitamin K2 is mainly synthesized by gut bacteria and is also present in some animal meat products and fermented products, such as animal liver, fermented dairy products, and cheese. Physiological functions and effects

(1) Anti osteoporosis. The function of vitamin K2 is to activate matrix osteocalcin.
