The manual press (toggle press)is suitable for assembly, blanking, cutting, molding, flanging, press-in, straightening, bending and riveting in various kinds of industries, it's kind of common sample processing equipment.

1. Small operating force, large pressure, wide range of travel.
2. The pressing process of the press has the function of anti-rotation of the main shaft.
3. The stroke, head height and handle position are fully adjustable and easy to operate.
4. The machine body and machine head are connected by high rigid rectangular guide rail, which has good mechanical rigidity and high stability.
5. The handle rod is connected by spline, with high strength and no clearance, and can be connected with the driving shaft at any angle.
6. The machine head is equipped with stroke self-locking and stroke fine adjustment mechanism, which further ensures the product quality(in HPA-1PR model)

Notes
While affecting the work, it will also cause damage to the machine itself, resulting in shortened service life.
When installing the upper mold on the main shaft, the weight should not exceed 7kg. If it exceeds this range, the main shaft will automatically lower
