Rainbow A1 60cm print width all in one direct to film printing machine
Rainbow Industry manufactures the Nova D60, an A1-sized 2-in-1 UV direct-to-film sticker printing machine capable of producing high-quality, vibrant color prints on PET film. These prints can be heat transferred onto various substrates, including gift boxes, metal cases, promotional products, thermal flasks, wood, ceramic, glass, bottles, leather, mugs, earplug cases, headphones, and medals.
Ideal for both entry-level and professional customers, the Nova D60 boasts an A1 60cm print width and 2 EPS XP600 print heads utilizing a 6-color model (CMYK+WV). It also supports I3200 print heads, enabling bulk production up to 8sqm/h, making it an ideal choice for bulk orders with a short turnaround time.
Compare to traditional vinyl sticker, UV DTF sticker has great advantage in durability, it's water-proof, sunlight-proof, and anti-scratch, suitable for long-time outdoor use. Additionally, it has a better visual effect as it has varnish layer.

How to Print?

Necessary equipements: Nova D60 A1 2 in 1 UV dtf printer.
Step 1: Print the design, the laminating process will be done automatically
Step 2: Collect and cut the printed film according to the designs shape
Step 3: Peel off the film A, apply the sticker on the product, and peel off the film B

Equipped with two standard Epson XP600 printheads and optional Epson i3200 upgrades, the Nova D60 caters to a wide range of output demands.

Utilizing three i3200 printheads in a 6-pass printing mode, the device achieves rapid production speeds of up to 8m²/h.
Seamless Lamination for Premium Quality
By integrating the printing and lamination systems, the Nova D60 creates a smooth, uninterrupted workflow. This continuous process eliminates dust, prevents bubbles in printed stickers, and significantly reduces turnaround times.
Precision and Stability with Hiwin Linear Guideways
