Main Application
The plastic bottle filling production line is composed of plastic bottle injection molding machine, two-step blowing machine and plastic bottle washing, filling and sealing machine; the production process is mainly that plastic particle is molded into bottle embryo by injection molding machine, and then bottle embryo is heated by far infrared ray, and then bottle is blown by biaxial stretch blow molding process. Finally, molded bottles complete the production processes such as bottle washing, filling and sealing through the line. It is mainly used in production of plastic bottle infusion and soft plastic bottle infusion.

* The multi-zone intelligent voltage regulator has an accuracy of ±1V and the actual yield can be more than 99%.
* The stretch forming mechanism of bottle blowing machine adopts high pressure stretch blow molding, and mold closing adopts oil-free airbag clamping technology, which has the advantages of large clamping force, less running force and long service life of elbow.
* The bottle blowing machine can be connected automatically with the follow-up washing, filling and sealing line.

* The bottle washing mode of the line is flexible (gas washing, water washing or air-water mixing). A negative-ion generator with air washing has the failure alarm function and ensures the effect.
* A bottle mouth blow-drying device and a bottle mouth preloading device are equipped before sealed, to ensure the quality of sealing and welding cap.
* An in-bottle exhaust device is equipped before welding cap with adjustable exhaust volume to ensure bottle-shaped quality after sterilization.

* A good ventilation system is adopted to effectively improve internal and external temperature difference of bottle embryo, and by optimizing the distance between bottle blanks, heating property of bottle embryo can get the best balance, which greatly improves heating efficiency and reduces energy consumption.
