1. Laboratory environmental conditions:
The laboratory used to install the instrument should have a good external environment. The laboratory should be set in a place where there is no strong electromagnetic field and strong thermal radiation sources nearby, and should not be built near equipment and workshops that will produce violent vibration, and should avoid direct sunlight, smoke, dirty air and water vapor.
The internal environment of the laboratory should be kept clean, the indoor temperature should be controlled at 0-40 ° C, and the relative humidity of the indoor air should be less than 90%.
2, laboratory equipment conditions:
2.1 The distance between the two sides and the rear of the automatic cleaning machine should be not less than 10cm. It is recommended that you leave a blank space of at least 100cm in front of the cleaning machine to facilitate your operation and future maintenance.

2.2 Power Connection:
2.2.1 The maximum power of the device is 6.5kW, the power supply is 220V, 50Hz, and the neutral line and ground line are required. It is recommended to have no less than 4 square wires and 32A air switch.
2.2.2 An air protection switch with a capacity of 32A must be provided onsite to connect to the power supply of the device.
2.2.3 The equipment comes with a 3-meter three-phase five-core cable, and the circuit breaker position should be set at a position of more than 1.5 meters and less than 2 meters behind the machine.
2.2.4 The instrument should be reliably grounded, and the ground wire is best led out by a metal copper plate directly buried under 1m underground and connected to the ground end of the power supply line.
2.3 Water Inlet Connection:
2.3.1 The static pressure of the water inlet pipe is greater than 2 kg, and the dynamic pressure is greater than 1 kg.
2.3.2 The position of each inlet tap should be easy for daily operation.
2.3.3 One tap water inlet and one pure water inlet need to be provided for the equipment on site. The water inlet is a quick-connecting faucet or interface. The length of the tap water inlet pipe provided with the standard equipment of the instrument is 3 meters, and the length of the pure water inlet pipe is 1 meter.
2.3.4 If there is no pure water inlet on site, a bucket of not less than 100 liters can be used instead.
2.4 Drainage Connection:
2.4.1 It is required that there is a water outlet within one meter of the equipment to facilitate drainage of the equipment, and the water inlet should not be higher than 1 meter above the ground. The drainage of the equipment should be led from the lower right behind the equipment.
2.4.2 The equipment is equipped with two 1.5m long drainage hoses with an outer diameter of 25mm.
2.4.3 Drainpipes with an internal diameter greater than or equal to 50mm must be provided onsite.
2.4.4 The drainpipe material must be able to withstand the water temperature of 85 ° C for a long time. If the exposed part is easy to touch, install an external heat shield to avoid burns.
