How to use eto sterilization?
Prerequisite: Expose the product to a warm, humid environment for at least 12 hours (70%RH, 55 ° C) to ensure that the product is at a uniform temperature and humidity.
Exposure: Vacuum and introduction of EtO gas. The product is usually exposed for 4-8 hours. During this process, the relative humidity is maintained at approximately. 70% and the temperature is 55°C.
Post conditions: EtO gas is removed by repeatedly vacuuming and then introducing air into the sterilization chamber until EtO gas is removed (8-12 hours).
