TM Series Titling Mixer
The TM series of container mixer provide the best alternative to conventional high-speed mixers when production conditions require a high versatility and a wide range of different products to be mixed with same mixer. Thanks to the titling mixer special design divided into two separate units, mixing head and portable container, the cleaning time between batches is minimized therefore the risk of contamination too when switching from one type of production to another.

Application
The titling mixer are used for cold mixture of polymer powder or granule with pigments, fillers, and additives in the following fields:

Master-batch of color pigment
Compound engineering additive of all kinds
Powder Coating
Powder Pre-mixing of all kinds, even food application
Dry PVC Blend PVCIndependent Two Drive (optional)
Mixing tools contents upper & lower stage mixing blade (Without container). Speed of two-stage mixing blade can be adjusted separately with independent drive to achieve better mixing performance
Speed of Lower stage blade approx. 0-200rpm. Speed controlled by frequency inverter.
Speed range of upper stage is 0-980 rpm. Speed controlled by frequency inverter.
