The process flow of LNG truck filling station is divided into four steps: unloading process, pressure regulation process, gas filling process and pressure relief process

1.The gas filling process refers to the process that the LNG in the LNG storage tank is pressurized by the submersible pump, and then fed by the gas filling machine to the LNG vehicle after measurement. Before filling the car with gas, the car storage cylinder must be decompressed first, and the gas generated in the bottle can be recovered through the return gas pipeline on the filling machine to reduce the pressure of the storage cylinder.
2.The pressure relief process refers to that during the operation of the filling station, the pressure of the storage tank, pipeline and submersible pump pool increases with the generation of LNG vaporization BOG, and the low-temperature gas or discharged liquid released from the LNG storage tank and pipeline is released to the atmosphere through the release system to ensure the safety of the storage tank. However, the direct release into the atmosphere not only causes a waste of resources, but also increases the hidden danger.
The standby process is that the LNG liquid enters the LNG pump sled from the storage tank, and then returns to the LNG storage tank through the pipeline to avoid the phenomenon of stratified boiling in the LNG storage tank.
The temperature and pressure regulation process refers to the pressurization process and temperature increase process of the storage tank, and the pressurization device is used to pressurize the LNG in the storage tank. Because the liquid in the storage tank of LNG vehicles is saturated liquid, it is necessary to adjust the pressure of the storage tank to make the LNG become saturated liquid, and then gas the car.
