Oxygen working principle:
According to the "PSA" pressure swing adsorption principle carefully develops oxygen production equipment, using high quality oxygen production zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent, directly separate oxygen at room temperature from the air. The separation of oxygen and nitrogen can be realized by pressure swing adsorption of the purified and dried compressed air. By the characteristics of selective adsorption of molecular sieve, nitrogen is adsorbed in zeolite molecular sieve, oxygen is enriched in the vapor phase as product output. This system sets two adsorption towers, one adsorbs and produces oxygen, the other adsorbs and makes regenertion in a cycling way to produce the oxygen continuously.
Nitrogen working principle:
According to the "PSA" principle of pressure swing adsorption, high-quality carbon molecular sieve is used as adsorbent. Under a certain pressure, due to the kinetic effect, the diffusion rate of oxygen and nitrogen on carbon molecular sieve is quite different. Oxygen molecular sieve is widely adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve, and nitrogen molecules are enriched in gas phase to achieve oxygen nitrogen separation.
Since the adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve for oxygen varies significantly with pressure, reducing the pressure can desorb the oxygen molecules adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve, so that the carbon molecular sieve can be regenerated and reused.
Two adsorption towers process are adopted, one tower adsorbs and produces nitrogen, and the other tower desorbs and regenerates. The cycle is alternating to continuously produce high-quality nitrogen.
