A: For stock samples, we can send you free samples for your test, you pay for the shipping cost.
B: For customized samples, we will charge the reasonable production cost and try to refund you after order confirmed.
3.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A: We have our own professional designers. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF, etc. We will drawb artwork for mold or printing screen for you.
4. What is your lead time?
Usually our lead time is 1-3 days for samples and 5-10 days for mass production.
5.What's your payment terms?
Our payment terms are T/T, L/C ,Paypal, Western Union for sample cost or small amount trial order.
